The Big Swing with Strip and Coop
Strip and Coop welcome someone from their old stomping grounds of Texas A&M, Athletic Director Ross Bjork.
The two talk with Bjork about the notebook of traditions that officially turned him from an Ole Miss Rebel to and A&M Aggie.
They discussed the challenges he had coming into his position and having to deal with having sports during COVID-19.
Going back to last season, there were more questions than answers with the NBA, March Madness and eventually the country shutting down.
But after almost an entire year of pushing through he finally sees the light at the end of the tunnel.
The conversation takes a turn toward Aggie Football. As the 2021 season is quickly approaching a question still looms over the world of sports.
Will we see fans in the stands?
Answer is: Yes (At least at A&M).
Answer is: We will just have to wait and see.
Plus, we get another “Saturday Rewind!” Strip and Coop revisit their 2020 interview with Brandon McDaniels, Director of Player Performance for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Back in the early days of COVID-19, teams had to get creative in order to keep their players in peak, game-ready fitness. He talked about just how difficult it really was.
From production assistant to executive producer, Tommy Harper knows what it takes to climb the ladder in the business. He joined Mark, Tuddy and Davey to talk about his career journey and what actions he took to get him to where he is now.
With his career starting to pick up steam, he has already been an executive producer for a Star Trek film, Star Wars VII, and one other huge film!
